Introduction
Welcome to Wellness Core. By using our app, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Prosperity Apps Limited is the legal entity providing Wellness Core. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.
1.1 Wellness Core is a wellness planning app that provides personalized wellness insights, self-care routines, and habit tracking based on user input. The app may also include photo-based analysis features if you choose to use them.
1.2 We also offer premium features available through subscription plans, as detailed in Section 6.
1.3 The services provided by Wellness Core are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2.1 Wellness Core offers optional integration with health platforms to enhance your wellness experience:
2.2 Health platform integration is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent. You control which data types are shared with Wellness Core.
2.3 You may disconnect health platform access at any time through your device settings or within the Wellness Core app.
2.4 By enabling health platform integration, you acknowledge that:
3.1 To use our services, you must be at least 13 years old or the legal age required by your country to consent to the processing of personal data.
3.2 If you are under the legal age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.
4.1 To use certain features of the app, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
4.3 You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
5.1 Prohibited Uses:
You agree not to misuse the services. This includes not attempting to access the app in ways other than through the interface provided. You must not use Wellness Core for illegal, harmful, or objectionable activities, including uploading offensive or inappropriate content.
5.2 Content Rights:
All content provided in the app, including wellness scores, trends, and analytics, is for informational purposes only. Wellness Core does not guarantee results and is not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided in the Services.
6.1 Subscription Plans:
Wellness Core offers the following subscription plans to access premium features, including extended AI functionality, personalized routines, exclusive content, and advanced analytics:
Current pricing for each plan is displayed in the app before purchase. All prices are in USD (or your local currency as determined by the App Store or Google Play) and include applicable taxes where required.
6.2 Purchases through Third-Party Platforms:
When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the transaction is processed by the respective platform operator (Apple or Google). Their payment terms and conditions apply to the transaction. To manage, change, or cancel a subscription purchased through a platform, you must do so through that platform:
6.3 Payment:
Payments are charged on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (monthly, every 6 months, or annually), applied to the payment method associated with your App Store or Google Play account.
6.4 Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not receive a separate renewal notice. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date via your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (see Section 6.2).
6.5 Free Trials:
Where offered, a free trial gives you access to premium features for a specified period at no charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard rate. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings as described in Section 6.2. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged automatically.
7.1 Wellness Core may from time to time make changes to subscription, including recurring subscription fees and will communicate any price changes to you in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change and, by continuing to use the subscription after the price change takes effect, you will have accepted the new price. If you don’t agree to a price change, you can reject the change by unsubscribing from the applicable subscription prior to the price change going into effect. If we discover an error in the price of items you have purchased, we will contact you. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your purchase will be automatically canceled. Tax rates or other fees are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly charge. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements in your country, state, territory, county, or city. Any change in tax rate will be automatically applied based on the account information you provide.
8.1 Subscription Cancellation:
You must cancel your subscription or free trial before it renews to avoid being charged for the next billing period. To cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, go to Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Wellness Core on your iOS device and select Cancel. To cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play, go to the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wellness Core and select Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

8.2 Account Deletion:
You may delete your Wellness Core account at any time directly within the app by going to Profile → Delete Account. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription; you must cancel your subscription separately through the platform subscription settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
8.3 Refunds:
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. You may request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refunds are subject to Google's refund policies. Wellness Core itself generally does not provide refunds for subscription payments, but exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of system errors or unauthorized transactions. 9.1 Termination by Wellness Core:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in unlawful activities. In case of termination, you will lose access to all services, including subscription-based features, without a refund.
9.2 Termination by User:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination of your account will not automatically cancel your subscription, so you must cancel any active subscriptions separately.
10.1 Ownership:
All content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, data, software, and text, are owned by Wellness Core and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission.
11.1 Your use of Wellness Core is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
12.1 No Warranty:
Wellness Core is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the app's content or features.
12.2 Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness Core will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the app, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12.3 Health Information Disclaimer:
Data from Apple Health, Health Connect, or any other health platform integrated with Wellness Core is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Wellness Core is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.
13.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website or app.
13.2 We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities.
14.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
